Working Principle

1. Pneumatic Loading: Hydrated lime is delivered by tanker truck via the feed pipe. The silo-top dust collector filters the air-powder mixture, releasing clean air and retaining all powder within the silo.

2. Smart Inventory Management: High and low-level sensors trigger local and central (PLC) alarms for precise material monitoring. The system automatically signals for refill when the level reaches a pre-set midpoint.

3. Automated Slurry Preparation: Upon a dosing signal, lime is discharged via a screw conveyor to the dissolving tank. Water is added automatically, and a mixer combines them into a uniform lime milk slurry.

4. Continuous Dosing Cycle: Dosing pumps draw the prepared slurry for treatment. The PLC automatically initiates a new mixing cycle when the slurry level drops, ensuring an uninterrupted supply to the process.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
